L.A. Guns
L.A. Guns is an American hard rock band that was a key player in the 1980s glam metal scene. Formed in 1983 in Los Angeles, California, the band was co-founded by guitarist Tracii Guns and has undergone multiple lineup changes over the years. L.A. Guns gained widespread attention with their self-titled debut album in 1988, featuring hits like “No Mercy” and “Electric Gypsy.” Their follow-up album, Cocked & Loaded (1989), propelled them further into stardom with the anthem “The Ballad of Jayne.” Known for their raw, sleazy rock ‘n’ roll sound that blends elements of hard rock, glam, and blues, L.A. Guns has remained a significant force in the hard rock genre. Despite various incarnations and internal conflicts, the band continues to release new music and tour, keeping the spirit of classic Hollywood rock alive.
