How can I track my order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. If you provided your mobile phone number at checkout, you'll also receive text message updates with the status of your order. Use this tracking number on our carrier's website to check the delivery status and estimated arrival times.

What is your return policy?

Can I view my previous order history?
Orders placed before May 2024 aren't visible in your new account dashboard due to our recent platform update. For information on orders made prior to this date, please contact our customer support. All orders placed on our news site from May 2024 onwards will be accessible in your account, and you can track and manage these orders anytime.
