Los Angeles, California - It’s just a little over 30 years since London born toaster Paul Scott “General” Levy exploded out of that city's already febrile jungle scene to become one of the biggest hitmakers of the year - “Incredible,” already a Top 40 hit earlier in 1994, now went top 10 thanks to a startling remix by M Beat, the first jungle single to climb so high on the national chart. It also topped the UK indy chart and made #2 on the dance listings.

“Incredible” remains a genre-defining smash, but it was by no means the General’s sole success - and his new album Jah Jah Guide and Protect suggests it might not even be his most beloved.
Set for release on November 7, General Levy’s first new album in eight years captures newly minted and seamlessly invigorating versions of some of his most timeless classics - “Ladbroke Grove,” the captivating “Hey Marijuana,” and the immortal title track among them.
And it also includes a few cuts that are destined to rate among the most dynamic he has ever cut. And that includes “Professional Ganja Smoker,” the General’s new single, released across all platforms today.

The General’s own enthusiasm is contagious, too. “I fully enjoyed putting this project together,” he says. “It’s been great working with Cleopatra and I hope you all enjoy the works. Blessed love.”
You know what to do!
