Front Line Assembly is a Canadian electro-industrial band formed in 1986 by Bill Leeb, a former member of Skinny Puppy. Pioneers of the industrial and EBM (electronic body music) scenes, Front Line Assembly is known for their dark, aggressive sound, blending heavy electronic beats, atmospheric synths, and dystopian themes. Over the years, the band has released a prolific catalog of albums, including influential works like Caustic Grip (1990), Tactical Neural Implant (1992), and Hard Wired (1995), which helped define the industrial genre in the 1990s.
