Tangerine Dream – Electronic Meditation (CD – importiert)
Recordings freut sich, die Veröffentlichung einer neu gemasterten Ausgabe von Tangerine Dreams klassischem und legendärem Debütalbum „Electronic Meditation“ bekannt zu geben. Das Album wurde im Oktober 1969 in Berlin aufgenommen und enthielt die erste Tangerine Dream-Besetzung mit Edgar Froese (Gitarren, Orgel, Tonbänder, Soundeffekte), Klaus Schulze (Schlagzeug, Perkussion) und Conrad Schnitzler (Cello, Violine, Schreibmaschine).
Bei ihrer Veröffentlichung im Jahr 1970 definierten „Electronic Meditation“ und Titel wie „Journey Through A Burning Brain“ ein neues Musikgenre und kündigten die enorme kreative Musikexplosion an, die in den frühen Siebzigern in Deutschland stattfand.
Diese Esoteric Reactive-Edition wurde neu gemastert, stellt das ursprüngliche Albumcover vollständig wieder her und enthält ein reich illustriertes Booklet mit einem neuen Essay.
