Esoteric Recordings se complace en anunciar el último lanzamiento de la serie Todd Rundgren Archive, “ALL SIDES OF THE ROXY 1978”. En mayo de 1978, Todd Rundgren realizó una serie de conciertos en el Roxy Theatre de West Hollywood, California, con una banda compuesta por miembros de The Hello People (Bobby Sedita, Larry Tasse, Greg Geddes y Norman Smart) junto con el teclista Moogy Klingman, el bajista John Seigler y el baterista John “Willie” Wilcox.
Lo más destacado de esta residencia fue un concierto el 23 de mayo de 1978, que fue el concierto más grande transmitido simultáneamente en la radio FM estadounidense en ese momento, con una audiencia estimada de más de diez millones de oyentes. Presentado por el legendario DJ Wolfman Jack (que fue la inspiración para una canción del álbum “Something Anything” de Rundgren), Todd presentó un set maravilloso que incluía material de sus dos álbumes en solitario (incluido el recientemente lanzado “Hermit of Mink Hollow”) y su trabajo con Utopía.
