Gin Blossoms is an American alternative rock band formed in 1987 in Tempe, Arizona. They gained prominence with their 1992 album New Miserable Experience, featuring the hit single "Hey Jealousy." The album went quadruple platinum, and other singles like "Found Out About You" also charted successfully. The band's follow-up album, Congratulations I'm Sorry (1996), produced the Top 10 hit "Follow You Down" and earned them a Grammy nomination for "As Long as It Matters." Despite breaking up in 1997, Gin Blossoms reunited in 2001 and have since released several more albums, maintaining their legacy in the alternative rock scene.
