As a member of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Layzie Bone was a part of perhaps the single biggest hip hop crossover success in history. The group’s masterpiece, 1995’s E 1999 Eternal, which featured the Grammy award winning ballad Tha Crossroads, thrust Layzie Bone and his fellow thugs into the international spotlight that became a launching pad into multiple, highly influential hip hop off shoots.
Now, after his decade long career in hip hop, Layzie Bone finally offers his first solo album under the Layzie Bone moniker, a much anticipated project that includes some of his finest work. Featuring guest appearances by none other than modern rap’s elite, It’s Not A Game demonstrates the extraordinary skills and innovative production that have always been present on Layzie’s tracks.
